ORDER AND PAYMENT
HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?
You may place your order through our website, click on the item – select from either a bouquet, jar or vase option and click add to cart. You may select from either delivery or self-collection and enter a message (optional) in the order notes section in the cart. Click checkout for billing details.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you will receive a confirmation email from us.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery date of your order, please contact us 2 working days in advance from original delivery date.
CAN I ORDER ON THE SAME DAY AND GET IT ON THE SAME DAY?
We typically need 3 days lead time for an order. However, you may contact us via text on Whatsapp 012-283 3709 or drop us a direct message on Instagram @mayindecember to see what florals are available for the day.
WHAT SORT OF PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE TO US?
Payments are via bank transfer only.

HOW CAN I CUSTOMISE MY FLOWERS?
Simple! We love adding that bit of personalization to the arrangement for you. Tell us your story and we will try our best to create something that is special for both you and the recipient. A personalised gift is always more memorable.You may write to us via email (email@example.com) or contact us directly via Whatsapp 012-283 3709 to let us know about your desired personalized creation and message.
WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMISATION DO YOU OFFER?
From their favourite flower, to a customized hand-painted card, we offer an empty canvas for you to express your own personal story in your gift. Terms and conditions apply.
CAN I PERSONALISE FLOWERS ACCORDING TO COLOURS?
Yes! In fact if any of our seasonal themes (in shop) speaks to your color palette, you can choose directly from there. Otherwise, if there is a specific color tone or mood you’d want to customize, write to us directly!
WHAT IS WEEKLY FLORAL SUBSCRIPTION?
Imagine having fresh flowers sent to your doorstep weekly. A different bunch every week, you may choose from three different bundle sizes (Petite, Regular, Medium). More info here!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
A bundle of unique blooms will be delivered to your doorstep every week! All you need is a vase and a pair of scissors for some floral therapy at home! Bundles are sent out every Tuesday of the week (except on public holidays).
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY AND TIMINGS
Daily deliveries are available from Monday to Friday (10am to 5pm) and on Saturday (between 10am to 12pm).
There will be an additional RM 15 for deliveries made on Sundays
For all orders, you may choose from the following delivery timings: 10am-12pm or 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday and 10am-12pm on Saturday. Should you require any other delivery timings outside the time slots, an additional RM 10 applies
Do ensure that the recipient is physically present to receive the order. Otherwise, the order will be placed outside of their doorstep or at the concierge for recipient to collect at a convenient time.
Delivery charges within PJ/KL is RM 15
Delivery charges outside PJ/KL is RM 35

TTDI, Bandar Utama, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas, Subang Jaya, Damansara, Kelana Jaya, Ampang, Bangsar,
Areas outside PJ/ KL includes:
Cheras, Puchong, Shah Alam, Setia Alam, Kajang, Sungai Buloh
You may choose to self-collect from our studio in Bandar Utama, Monday-Friday, between 10am-5pm. Kindly inform us about any last minute changes in self-collection timings.
We do not accept any returns and or/ exchanges unless we have sent the wrong order to you. For any discrepancies in quality, please learn more under "Freshness of Flowers"
FRESHNESS OF FLOWERS
Freshness of Flowers
We place great importance in the freshness of our flowers while curating them and designing the arrangement for you.
However, real flowers can never be 100% perfect (that is why they are real and natural). There will always be flaws and imperfections in their natural state as cut flowers are removed from their roots.
If the flowers delivered to you are damaged i.e the head of the bloom(s) has fallen or crushed, or if the stem(s) are bent (in the course of delivery), or in the case where the flowers have wilted, please send us a photo of the arrangement within 4 hours upon receiving. We will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.
